We undertook this world cruise to celebrate our 25 years together. As you know we met on the Stella Maris cruise ship sailing in the Aegean Sea off the Greek island of Mykonos on April 3rd. A few days ago I met with the assistant director of food and beverages and we planned a gala affair as a celebration. The ship’s reception sent out Regent printed invitations for a cocktail and dinner 25th Anniversary party at La Veranda, deck 11 Starboard side. We invited 24 people we had become a good friends with during this short time, people whom we hope to continue contact with after this wonderful experience ends (April 30th in Fort Lauderdale Florida). The menu was in the Italian style with antipasto, zuppa, pasta, insulata, secondi (four choices), dolchi (Baked Alaska), pralines and coffee. It was a cozy, intimate gathering, dedicated to “Health, Happiness, Prosperity and Friendship “. You can see that each of us had a few words to say!
